1. General Provisions
These Terms and Conditions govern access to the website, mobile application, account area, QR scenarios, notifications, maps, lost/found features, partner cards and other Mewff services.
By using Mewff, the user confirms that they have read and accepted these Terms. If the user does not agree with the Terms, they must not use the service.
2. What Mewff Is
Mewff is a digital support service for pet owners. Mewff helps owners record pet-related events, receive informational guidance, open action protocols, use maps of places and services, create lost or found pet listings, contact partners and use other features available in the app.
Mewff is intended for everyday navigation and support for pet owners. The service is not a veterinary clinic, medical device, diagnostic tool or substitute for professional veterinary care.
3. Service Users
Mewff is intended for adult users. If service features are used for children, such as "children and pets" cards, those features must be used by a parent, guardian or another adult.
The user agrees to provide accurate information and to use the service in good faith.
4. Account
Some Mewff features may require an account. The user is responsible for keeping access credentials secure and for actions performed through their account.
The user must notify Mewff immediately if they suspect unauthorised access to their account.
Mewff may temporarily restrict or block an account if there are signs of a breach of these Terms, fraud, misuse of lost/found features, prohibited content or a security risk to other users.
5. Pet Profile
The user may create a pet profile and add data such as name, species, age, breed, weight, photos, behavioural characteristics, diet, notes, episode history, district of residence and other information.
The user confirms that they have the right to upload such data and is responsible for its accuracy.
6. Protocols and Guidance
Mewff may provide informational protocols and guidance based on data entered by the user, episode records, selected scenarios, behavioural history and other available data.
Mewff protocols are not diagnoses and are not treatment prescriptions. They are intended for general support, observation structure and choosing a safe next step.
If a pet shows signs of pain, injury, breathing difficulty, seizures, repeated vomiting, diarrhoea, pronounced lethargy, sudden behavioural change or other warning signs, the user must contact a veterinarian or emergency service.
7. Camera, Microphone, Photos, Videos and Location
Some Mewff features may use the camera, microphone, photos, videos or geolocation. Such features are used only with the user's permission.
The user may refuse permissions or disable them in device settings. In that case, some features may be unavailable or work with limited functionality.
Mewff must not enable the camera, microphone or geolocation without the user's permission.
8. Map, City Scenarios and Partners
Mewff may show places, services and partners: dog zones, walking routes, cafes, hotels, taxis, groomers, pet stores, photographers, veterinarians, specialists, shelters and other points of interest.
Information about partners and places may change. The user should check current conditions directly with the partner before visiting, booking, travelling or purchasing a service.
Mewff is not responsible for the actions of independent partners, the quality of their services, prices, schedules, availability or changes to conditions, unless otherwise required by law.
9. QR Scenarios
Mewff QR codes may lead to specific scenarios: place profiles, district maps, protocols, lost/found, partner requests, support programmes or other features.
QR codes may be placed in physical locations only with the permission of the venue owner or another authorised person. The user may not place Mewff QR codes on other people's property, city objects or advertising surfaces without permission.
10. Lost / Found
The lost/found feature is intended to help organise the search for a lost or found animal.
The user must publish only accurate information. It is prohibited to use lost/found for fraud, harassment, false accusations, illegal animal sales, collecting personal data without grounds or publishing knowingly false listings.
Mewff does not guarantee that a pet will be found and does not replace official services, veterinary authorities, police, Fundservice, shelters or other competent organisations. Mewff may help the user collect information faster, create a listing card, share a QR code and open an official action checklist.
11. User Content
The user may publish photos, descriptions, listings, comments, reviews, lost/found cards and other content if such features are available.
The user is responsible for published content and confirms that they have the rights to post it.
It is prohibited to publish:
- false information;
- insults, threats or discrimination;
- personal data of third parties without permission;
- materials showing cruelty to animals;
- fraudulent fundraising;
- illegal animal sales;
- spam;
- materials that infringe third-party rights;
- content that may harm people or animals.
Mewff may remove content, restrict access, block users and provide information to competent authorities if required by law or necessary to protect users and animals.
12. Pet Wellness and Products
Mewff may show support programmes and products for pets if such features are available.
Pet Wellness products are not medicines, do not diagnose conditions and do not replace veterinary care. Before use, the user should read the instructions, ingredients, restrictions and manufacturer recommendations. If in doubt, the user should contact a veterinarian.
Mewff may recommend products only as part of a support programme connected to a selected scenario, diary and observation.
13. Donations and Support for Organisations
Mewff may show verified organisations, shelters or animal support initiatives if such features are available.
If donations are made through the app, website or third-party services, the user must be able to see the recipient, purpose and payment terms. Mewff must not use donations without clearly indicating the purpose and recipient.
A payment may be processed by a third-party service or by the organisation itself. In that case, the terms of the relevant payment service or organisation apply.
14. Prohibited Use
The user must not:
- use the service unlawfully;
- impersonate another person, veterinarian, official service or partner without verification;
- publish false lost/found listings;
- collect data of other users without permission;
- use Mewff for harassment, fraud or spam;
- attempt to disrupt the app;
- copy, modify or distribute Mewff materials without permission;
- use the service for actions that may harm people or animals.
15. Intellectual Property
The Mewff brand, design, texts, interfaces, graphics, audio, protocols, software code, knowledge base and other materials belong to NexumTech GmbH or the relevant right holders.
The user receives a limited right to use Mewff for personal purposes under these Terms.
16. Service Availability
Mewff aims to provide stable service operation but does not guarantee that the app or website will always be available, error-free or uninterrupted.
Mewff may update, change, restrict or temporarily disable individual features for maintenance, security, product improvement or legal reasons.
17. Liability
Mewff is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent permitted by law, NexumTech GmbH is not liable for indirect losses, loss of data, inability to use the service, actions of partners, user decisions made without contacting a veterinarian or consequences of inaccurate information published by a user.
Nothing in these Terms limits consumer rights that cannot be limited under applicable law.
18. Changes to the Terms
Mewff may update these Terms. The current version is published on the website and/or in the app.
If changes are material, Mewff may notify the user through the app, by e-mail or through another available channel.
19. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the law of Austria, unless mandatory consumer protection rules provide otherwise.

Mewff App Licence Agreement

1. Licence
NexumTech GmbH grants the user a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to use the Mewff app in accordance with this agreement, the Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy.
2. Restrictions
The user must not:
- copy the app;
- modify the app or create derivative versions;
- attempt to obtain the source code;
- bypass technical restrictions;
- use the app unlawfully;
- use the app for fraud, spam or false listings;
- transfer access to third parties;
- violate the rights of NexumTech GmbH or others.
3. Updates
Mewff may release updates, fixes and new versions of the app. Some features may be changed, added or removed.
4. Ownership Rights
All rights to the app, interface, design, texts, audio, protocols, graphics, software code, knowledge base and Mewff brand belong to NexumTech GmbH or the relevant right holders.
5. Device Permissions
For certain features, the app may request access to the camera, microphone, photos, videos, notifications and geolocation.
The user may refuse permissions. In that case, some features may be unavailable.
6. Third-Party Services
The app may use third-party services such as maps, analytics, hosting, payment systems, support services, partner services and other tools.
Use of third-party services may be governed by their own terms.
7. No Veterinary Warranties
The app is not a veterinary clinic, medical device or diagnostic tool. Mewff guidance and protocols are intended for informational support and do not replace veterinary care.
8. Termination of Licence
If the user breaches this agreement, NexumTech GmbH may terminate or restrict the licence.
After licence termination, the user must stop using the app.

Information, guidance, protocols, notifications, audio scenarios, support programmes, cards and recommendations in Mewff are intended for general informational and organisational support for pet owners.
Mewff does not diagnose.
Mewff does not prescribe treatment.
Mewff does not guarantee improvement in a pet's condition.
Mewff does not replace an in-person veterinary consultation.
Mewff must not be used as the only source of decision-making in an urgent situation.
If a pet shows pain, injury, breathing difficulty, seizures, repeated vomiting, diarrhoea, pronounced lethargy, severe weakness, sudden behavioural change, bleeding, signs of poisoning or other warning symptoms, the user must contact a veterinarian or emergency service.
Pet Wellness programmes and products, if available, are supportive products and are not medicines.
Community and Publication Rules

Mewff creates a safe environment for pet owners, partners, specialists and organisations.
Allowed
- creating listings for lost and found animals;
- sharing current information about a pet;
- publishing pet photos if the user has the right to publish them;
- recommending places and services;
- reporting errors;
- supporting verified organisations;
- using family and educational cards.
Prohibited
- publishing false listings;
- using lost/found for fraud;
- posting threats, insults or discrimination;
- publishing personal data of third parties without permission;
- selling animals illegally;
- publishing cruel content;
- impersonating a veterinarian, official service or partner without verification;
- creating fraudulent fundraisers;
- sending spam;
- using Mewff to harass or pressure other people.
Moderation
Mewff may remove content, hide listings, restrict access, block accounts and provide information to competent authorities if required by law or necessary to protect users, animals and partners.
